ABOUT LION WAY PROPERTIES LTD.
At Lion Way Properties, we believe in creating inspirational living and working spaces in which people can build their own story. Our developments elevate communities in which people live and work so they can prosper together.
Our story started with Willie Li building single family detached homes. Soon, he moved onto building townhomes and projects. Now he is transitioning to commercial developments with The Landmark – a unique offer of six limited-edition AAA office floors and seven prime retail units in the centre of Richmond’s City Centre. Regardless of the scale or scope, Lion Way is consistently focused on creating distinct spaces for those living or working there.
As local tastes become more sophisticated, so have Lion Way projects. The Landmark, with its unique design, will provide best-in-class corporate offices to Richmond, the likes of which the city has never seen before. The distinguished office and retail spaces are both functional and aesthetically exquisite, designed for the sophisticated tastes of the world’s top business leaders. Strategically located in the centre of Richmond’s City Centre, The Landmark is within easy reach of the Vancouver International Airport and downtown Vancouver and only steps away from the SkyTrain stations.
Willie Li enlists the very best partners, drawn from his extensive global network, to bring his bold vision to life. Best-in-class architects, world renowned designers, international real estate firms, and most importantly, premium builders and engineers, ensure The Landmark and all Lion Way properties always surpass the highest standards demanded by our exclusive clientele.
